Beautiful views and beautiful complex!! Lived here for about 7 to 9 months And I enjoyed every minute of it. We had the two bedroom two bath for 1600 and it was well worth the money. With sea salt pools and the upper deck pool area with the view of the ocean it was fabulous. The apartments are beautiful and very spacious(definitely w
The maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The office staff is a pleasure to work with. The neighbors are pretty quiet. A nice community so far.
Scott the mant guy is awesome. He is always touring around and getting things done. Waves every time I drive by unlike others. He recently helped me with an emergency after hours problem and was very helpful. Five stars are all yours Scott
I have called more than 3 times to report broken sprinklers outside my apartment. They erupt like geysers and wake me at least 3 times a night.Based on the amount of water I have seen pooling near buildings it is logical to assume that the buildings are being flooded. The grass is squishy and wet to the touch all day. Mushrooms grow
So I lived in these apartments for four years and just recently moved. They have a great property and nice looking apartments until you look deeper into them. The updated appliances are a nice touch, but the cabinets are just painted over and some of the drawers dont even open all the way from lack of intelligence when designing the
We've lived here seven years, enjoying hummingbirds, ocean views, and an A + staff.
To start off Seacrest isn't bad. Its not worth the $1400 plus pet deposit but they are nice apartments. I do enjoy living here. The front office staff and the maintenance staff are ok. They seem nice and maintenance is pretty good at responding/repairing whatever it is you need fixing. I don't know about other apartments but I lik

Not that bad of a place. And just so u all know if it wasn't for the Marines around here renting or working your town wouldn't be what it is today. More money has been poured into this area of the state than you think because of the Marines, plus they do a job you can't.
I have lived here for almost 2 years. I cannot say enough good things about this property. The location is gorgeous! The propertyis well maintained and the staff is friendly and professional. I was worried when they switched management but was happy to discover that the new management company kept up a top notch operation. Also, my f
For what it is.. It is decent.Way too many people from Out of State!Marines get wasted on the weekends and wake the whole place up with their Booming stereos and lame Import Cars with Loud Pipes.. Front desk staff is cool. Gym is nice. I love SC as I was born here and grew up here (unlike 99% of you lame Marines)all in all I would re
My Husband and I have been here almost 2 years and have no major complaints. The area is nice and the complex is clean. Much nicer than other places to rent in town and the staff is always nice and helpful. Rent is high but it is everywhere in this area and I'd rather pay more for a clean and safe area. Another benefit is the park ri

Recommend for: 1) Nice ocean view 2) Adjacent to a 'public park' Not Recommende for: 1) Very cheap glasses... they don't reduce the 'noise' a bit, they don't prevent the moisture forming inside, they also have lot of gaps which makes the winter horrible. 2) One of the maintenance staff assigned for my building, is lazy and he has poo
