Let me start off by saying by saying I am a REAL resident who was not asked nor paid to write this review. In our hunt for an apartment over a year ago (July 2013) we came across some really crappy apartments and we were fortunate enough to find this diamond in the rough. I hope this review helps those on the hunt for an apartment

Our car was towed by management because we (housecleaners) had no park permit and parked our car next to the waste containers. We did not know we needed a permit and of course did not park in front of the clubhouse / big signs "Parking For Prospective Tenants Only". However as you drive in there is a sign under a tree which states al
Overall, this is a good place to live. You have:Beautiful nature, lots of pretty flowers, cute little animalsMany resident events, almost monthlyMany parking spot--parking is never be an issueFast maintenanceWater and cable included in rentConvenient locationNice tennis courtsNight time securityRent is little expensive, and sometimes
I love living here! I've been here almost 3 years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Costa Mesa. The rent includes free cable + Showtime, access to 2 pools, a gym that offers free yoga classes, a tennis court, and sooo much more. Walking through the complex is relaxing with several streams and beautiful landscaping. I love wa
Time to revisit my initial review. I've now lived here for just over 3 years and have a well-rounded perspective on all the highs and lows. The broad majority of my first review still applies. The amenities are great, having your water/sewer, trash and cable package built-in to the rent is awesome (and no gas bill), and there's very
Firstly, it is incredibly hard to find a decent apartment in Orange County. I moved here from NYC, and the apartments here are under the impression they are in Manhattan, because the prices are outrageous for what you get. Pine Creek Village is one of them, but from a long search of apts we felt we got the most bang for our buck here
i love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! infested with squirrels :(
This is my favorite of all the other apartments I've ever lived in. My sister and I had terrible experiences with Villa Sienna, the complex next door to Pinecreek Village. In contrast, Pinecreek Village is quiet (especially for a complex located directly across the street from a community college), feels very safe, and is beautiful
For the most part a good complex. They have two pools, a fitness room, free fitness classes, two tennis courts, and nice management. However, I could do without the $50 rent increases and the constant construction. I can never sleep in on a weekday because someone is hammering on my wall at 8:30 in the morning! Management does warn y
Pinecreek Village will always hold a special place in my husband and I's heart. We lived here for 4 years as this was our first place after we got married. Here are some highlights of this place:- 2 parking spaces (1 covered and 1 uncovered)- 2 guest parking passes- Gym, pool, tennis court- Night time security guard- Lots of activiti
Ive lived here for 7 years now and well I kind of love it. GREAT parking and with my 4 cars in my apt that works out perfectly. The front office staff can be douche as can some of the tenants but most of the people that live here are nice. Most are 27-40 years old working professionals. Not a large amount of kids running around but t

Really beautiful place but the PineCreek Village Apartments has NO RECORDING SECURITY CAMERAS. They do have cameras but they aren't recording. I am a resident here and my car has been broken into while parked in my apartment's parking vicinity. The police asked the lady at the front desk for wanting to see the apartment's tape of any
PineCreek is the best! Great apartments in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. Not to mention tons of super amenities and a nice, helpful staff! I've lived here for over a year and I'm looking forward to being here for a while longer.
Pinecreek Village is the best! It's always so quiet and relaxing. I love the access to the gym, pools and tennis courts. It is kept clean and there is laundry close to apartments.Everything you need is within walking distance. Everyone that works here is really nice too!

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year, and we love life at Pinecreek Village! The grounds are beautiful-- small winding streams and lots of trees! The gardeners come around our apartment about every few weeks. There are monthly social events hosted by management, and I especially love the free yoga and classes provided t
We LOVE Pinecreek!!!!! My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 2 years and we are so sad to be leaving because of a job relocation. I have lived in apartments my whole life, and Pinecreek by far is the best! Everyone that works there is amazing! They have parties for the residents every month as well as work out, yoga, tennis c
I've lived here for six months now, so I think a well-rounded review is in order. My fianc and I signed our lease here sight-unseen, as we moved from NY and didn't have time to fly out and check out places in person first. The day we arrived here all our nervousness of moving 2600 miles away to a city we've NEVER even visited before we
PineCreek is amazing! I love it here. There are tennis courts, BBQs, an amazing pool and jacuzzi, even a putting green. The clubhouse has wifi so if I need to get out of the house, I don't have to go to Starbucks. They host really fun events for their residents every month too! Barbara is the best!

i just went to pine creek village and it was a great visit. i'm definitely considering living there. even though she was super busy and already was helping people when i walked in, the single employee working in the office was polite and greeted me. she thanked me for being patient and proceeded to tell me all the selling points for
Pinecreek is such a GREAT DEAL! Certain amenities are inclusive of the already very affordable rent - which was also given to us at a discounted rate upon move-in. I live here with 2 other girls ...
This is a beautiful apartment complex. Walk around once and you will want to live there. The staff at the front office are very helpful and want to make your experience the best possible. If anything goes wrong they will have a repair person there quickly to assist. It was a pleasure living at this facility.
