We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $250 pet fee per pet, no pet rent, and 80 lb weight limit. We are a pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Straffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

From the West by Interstate 4: Exit onto North Interstate 95. Take North Interstate 95 to exit Highway 92 East (International Speedway Boulevard).
