I applied for a apartment in July 2019 and was only preapproved from what I was told. I paid my 180 application and holding fee to move in Jan 1st 2020. I was then told that I was only preapproved. I paid my deposit to move in and then my income was a problem. I then provided a copy if my tax return and proof of income from my new job and that still wasn't good enough. This is the WORST experience I've ever experienced. So unprofessional. I had to call in and find out all of these errors whereas... no one bother to ca me or say anything. I thought this place was a blessing to me and my 3 children. I'm stuck in this apartment with very high rent and the staff here certainly don't care. I thought I was doing the right thing by applying early. They still got all my money and told me it would take 3 weeks to get it back. I can't continue to cry my eyes out about this nightmare. I just pray that no one else has to experience what I've experienced here at Woodhill Apartments with Trisha and the Manager Cassandra!!!!!! Besides the fact that they do not upkeep the grounds or the units there is drug use , loud commotion ,the flooring is done so poorly you can hear every move the tenants upstairs makes ,the lake is flooded so there is no more tail, people break into cars ,apartments they take anything. The maintenance worker never get anything done properly the ceilings are leaking . The only reason I am still here is because I’m stuck in my lease and buying a house soon.

The trash compactor is constantly overflowing and trash spills out into the street. Not only is it unsightly, the smell of garbage is nauseating. It would be nice if a second compactor could be placed somewhere within the complex. This has been a constant issue since the beginning of my lease.

I would recommend this apartment community because I was very satisfied with the level of help I received during the application process and how informative and patient each staff member have been with me. Also, this community wasn't the first I've visited but it was my final choice.

I would recommend this apartment complex for families looking for a place that's centrally located yet quiet enough to have space and peace
