We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $250 Pet Fee per pet, no pet rent, and no weight limit. We are a pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Straffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

From Semoran Blvd/SR-436: From North or South: go West on Howell Branch Rd. Signal Pointe is located across from Starbucks and Publix Supermarket. Look for our lighthouse-shaped leasing center. From Interstate 4: From North: Head South on I-4 W. Take exit 92 toward Altamonte Springs. Turn L at E Altamonte Dr/Semoran Blvd/SR-436 E. Continue to follow SR-436 E. Turn R at Howell Branch Rd. Signal Pointe is located across from Starbucks & Publix Supermarket. Look for our lighthouse-shaped leasing center. From South: Head Northeast on I-4 E & take Exit 88 (Lee Road.) Follow Lee Rd. until the end; turn left onto N. Orlando Ave/US-17-92. Stay on N. Orlando Ave/US-17-92 for 1.5 miles & make a R at E. Horatio St. which will turn into Howell Branch Rd after 1.3 miles.
