Pet Policy

We recognize that pets are part of the family. One pet per apartment home. We accept cats and dogs at least a year old with no weight limit. The pet fee is $150.00 for a cat and $200.00 for a dog. There is an additional monthly pet rent of $20.00. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Presa Canario, and Wolf Hybrid.
