Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog weight limit is 75 lbs. Additional rent for pets is $25 per month. The one-time pet fee is $300. Our pet fee is per apartment. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

From I-51N Exit at Highland/Camelback and turn left. Proceed to 12th St. and turn right. Cross over Camelback and turn right onto Colter. The leasing office is a few blocks down on the right. From I-51S Exit at Colter St. Turn right.
