I have lived here for 2 years. I'm a single parent and Newport has made it ease for me to live here with my children.. rent is really reasonable. The move-in specials are extremely helpful. I absolutely love these apartments and the staff. i have been living here for going on year 4 and the people are nice the apartments are roomy if you have the right size. the manger and staff are helpful with your needs for example if you transfer apartments they will let you work out a payment type thing for damages caused in other

I don't see what every one is complaining about. I've had absolutely no problems with the maintaince or management. I think Christy & Bea are very nice & helpful. I've had no problems with them at all. The neighbors here are really nice. Most of them are really quiet & keep to themselves.

This place is decently priced compared ...

This place is decently priced compared to some of the other apartments around here, with out the ghetto feel. There are a lot of student who on occasion get loud and rowdy but that just depends on who you have as your neighbor. The kids that moved in upstairs last month for example enjoy partying and have puke over the railing twice

I lived here and this is one of the apartments the UTI kids from down the street like to rent. It'll be noisy/lots of traffic around 6am-1pm-8pm M-F because that is the school schedule.
