We are a pet friendly community. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment home~cats and dogs only. We do not have a weight restriction, but we do have breed restrictions. Please call for details. There is a $15 per month pet premium for cats and dogs under 25 lbs, and a $25 per month premium for dogs over 25 lbs. There is a refundable $200 deposit per pet.
