We are conveniently located only a block away from Safeway, Bi-Mart, Hollywood Video and several eateries. We are also only a short drive/bike ride away from downtown Corvallis and Oregon State University. You'll find parks, a paved bike/walking/jogging paths, schools, and recreation just outside your front door.

Pet Policy
We allow dogs and cats. Maximum 2 pets allowed per apartment. We collect a $200/pet Non-Refundable Pet Fee and a $200/pet Refundable Security Deposit. A payment plan can be arranged. We also charge $15 per month per dog pet rent. We do not have any size restrictions; however, we do have breed restrictions. Restricted breeds are: Doberman Pincher, Rottweiler, American Stafford Terrier, Pit Bull, German Shephard, Mastiff, Chow Chow, Dalmation and Akitas.
