So far the leasing office has been great and very helpful with the move in process. They’re more than willing to answer any and all questions they can and were very understanding about the amount of questions my roommate and I had. They’re only downside so far is the website, the website does not always display accurate information which is really frustrating for new applicants and the leasing staff.
And the maintenance team is fast to respond and very helpful and friendly.
The amenities here... are great so far, the heated pool is definitely very nice and something that is not common in Oregon.

I love this complex, very clean, friendly staff, and excellent location! All of my needs have been met by the staff here in a timely manner, and the amenities are top-tier. Couldn't ask for more!

The surrounding area is genuinely beautiful, and that’s one of the biggest strengths of living here. It has a peaceful atmosphere, great scenery, and a sense of space that makes day-to-day life feel a little lighter. The staff has also been consistently kind and easy to work with. They’re friendly, responsive, and seem to genuinely care about the residents, which I really appreciate.
That said, the apartment itself could use some attention. There are a few areas that feel worn down or in need... of updates, and some maintenance issues seem like they’ve been lingering longer than they should. None of it is unlivable, but it does take away from the overall experience, especially considering how nice the location is. With a bit more focus on upkeep and improvements, this place could easily match the quality of its surroundings and staff.
