The place is not bad except the 2 gyms... There's no free weights, bars, and bench press.. I think that a gym without this things is not a real gym. We need some better conditions for workout.

My fianc and I have lived at the ...

My fianc and I have lived at the Fountains for about 3 years now. Although it is a little pricey, you sure get a lot for your money. They have a great gym, awesome pool, and a really great staff. We really enjoyed our time here and are just moving on to the next chapter in our lives. Thank you Jennifer and Erin for being so helpful

I've lived here for about a year now (in a studio apartment) and I honestly liked living here. The rent for the studio was affordable $699 put $25 garage parking! Can't beat that especially since some of my other friends were paying $1000/month for a studio in Sacramento. The neighborhood isn't too bad, it's right across from Cal Exp
