I have lived here for 2 years. This place is always clean. the people who work here in the office and the grounds are friendly and do things in a timely manor and are helpful. The location and lack of amenities are the main drawbacks to Greenback Ridge. It borders a busy street so there is noise, but there are also a lot of shopping opportunities that are close by. The apartments are spacious with plenty of storage and their own washer/dryers. Pros: Rooms are of good size and every apartment comes with a fireplace. Plenty...

My husband and I have lived here for 4 years. We have had things break here and there, normal things like appliances etc. The office is quick to send out the maintance guy who either replaces it right away or orders it and puts it in the next day.
