Pet Policy

We recognize that pets are part of the family; two pets per apartment home are welcome. We accept cats and dogs up to 25 lbs. There is a $300 refundable pet deposit, a $150 non-refundable pet fee, and a $30 pet rent per pet. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
