Ever since I moved in, I haven’t had any problems with anybody the staff is nice It’s a quiet place and that’s what I like about it.

It’s always been a pleasure staying here, but lately we’ve been having problems about noise disturbances, dealing with parking shortages because tenants or their visitors parking in covered/assigned parkings. Strangers lurking in the neighborhood, looks like homeless people, we’ve been having issues with them coming to our next door neighbor in all hours of the day specially during late at night, they also smoke on the stairwell by our door so smoke comes in our unit, sometimes it smells like... marijuana which is really bad because we have a 9 yr old child, we’ve also had a person standing between our door and the neighbor’s just standing there swaying looking real high on drugs or something, we called security but no one came, called the office no one answered, second time it happened we called security 3X no answer, we had to call one of our friendly maintenance guy, he said he will call the office, by the time someone from the office came the person is gone.

Avana Star lake road apartment they have not a good service if you request issue for your apartment they never responded on time. Or they just said is not emergency. Microwave stove and oven is necessary for cooking food heating this is more important for all occupants in Avana apartment.
