Moved in to a studio at the very top of the hill on highland park way, rent was reasonable and the interior was very nice and clean. had an apt beside us and above us and heard very little noise from either one. We were right next to the bus stop, which was great because we didn't have a car. there were a couple of people whose cars
I currently live here, and have for over five years. The rent price is steep (I think it's about $100-$200 too high), but there are some amenities (pool, exercise room, dog park, gated property) that you don't see at other places for the same price.
