We recognize that pets are part of the family; two pets per apartment home are welcome. We accept cats and dogs up to 35 lbs. There's a $200 non-refundable pet deposit as well as a $20 monthly pet rent per pet for dogs. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
