Pet Policy

Cats and dogs welcome up to 80 lbs., 2 dogs maximum per apartment. For cats and dogs less that 50 lbs, there's a one-time $150 pet fee, plus a $300 deposit, and a $20 pet rent. For dogs OVER 50 lbs, the fee is $150, the deposit is $500, and the pet rent is $35. Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids and Huskies are restricted.
