South Palm is a great place to live in. The staff and maintenance team are all very professional, efficient, and courteous. Although the building is old, it is still one of the most affordable and secure places in the Bay Area.

With the new management of Greystar, it looks different compared to the previous management because of issues brought upon by tenants like us, my brother and I are all taken care of right away with no waiting period. Cleanliness of all hallways and outside surroundings. Leasing
