This year has been better, T3 does need a lot of new renovations. Our mailbox is finally fixed and maintenance has been better. We do need a new dishwasher and laundromat does need better machines

Great place with many events for residents!
I love how easy it is to pay rent and the staff is very approachable and down to earth.
The neighborhood loss it's grocery store but even then, things are super close.

Overall, it’s great since I been living in here but there are bad times such as the noise from the boiler room in S2. And I hope the Apartments can be cleaner overal. There are a lot of areas and corners. I noticed that has never been cleaned.
