The community is near many wonderful & delicious neighborhoods filled with parks, retail & eateries. Public transportation is easy. The Fillmore is always upgrading & improvements to community are constant. There are dog parks on site & janitorial services do a great job keeping the premises tidy.

It’s going very well. Everyone is helpful. The steps to move in were outlined and reminder emails were sent to us. The move in date reminders were also sent. Elevator was reserved for the move.

Our experience at Fillmore Center has been mixed. It's a convenient location with decent amenities, which is why we stayed for nearly six years, always paid rent on time, and even referred some friends. That said, a few incidents are worth mentioning.

- In 2021, management incorrectly withdrew over $4,000 from our bank account and took several days to resolve it.
- In March 2025, an exterminator left a key in our door upon exiting the pest treatment for roaches, leaving our unit unsecured.

In November 2025, a trespasser entered our unit. A police report was filed.

While both Fillmore Center and SFPD were aware of this individual beforehard, no action has been taken by Fillmore Center or SFPD to prevent these from happening again. We requested to end our lease one month early due to these safety concerns, supported by additional documentation. That request was denied. We had hoped these matters would be handled with more urgency.

Regarding safety-related concerns, we take these matters seriously and work closely with the San Francisco Police Department when incidents are reported. While certain actions are outside a property’s control, coordination with law enforcement and proper documentation—including police reports and direct communication with our onsite team—are essential steps in allowing investigations and follow-up actions to move forward. As part of our ongoing commitment to the quality of resident environment, The Fillmore Center has made several operational changes over recent years, including transitioning courtesy patrol providers and increasing patrol presence throughout the community. These measures are regularly evaluated and adjusted in response to broader conditions impacting San Francisco as well as feedback from residents. We understand the seriousness of concerns involving unit access and unauthorized entry. Any reported incidents of this nature are reviewed internally and, when appropriate, escalated to the proper authorities. With respect to the bank withdrawal referenced, we are unable to address individual account matters in a public forum. Financial transactions are treated with care and reviewed thoroughly when questions are raised. While we regret that expectations were not fully met in all areas, we remain committed to maintaining a safe and well-managed community and appreciate feedback that allows us to review and improve our processes. — Fillmore Center Management

Not great not terrible. Would be better if it my value was better utilized. Rent is expensive but in general quality of life here isn't too bad.
