I must say I am very happy living ...

I must say I am very happy living here. It is a nice diversified community, the staff is amazing along with my apartment. Parking is wonderful and the area is very clean and close to everything in petaluma. No complaints here:)

Used to be Lakeville Resort, changed a lot & is a good place to live. My husband & I moved in 1/08 before we were married / had kids & just left 7/12 with 2 kids. Nice people.

I have lived here for a year and have enjoyed my stay. The staff have always been friendly and helpful And the location, on the eastern edge of Petaluma is picturesque and peaceful.

This place is no longer lakeville resort, in any way, shape, or form. I grew up in Petaluma so I know what this place used to be, and I would have never lived here 5 years ago. Since the new management has taken over, it has changed so much. There is no more violence or noise problems, I have not seen any incidents in the almost 2 ye
