This is a great place to live. Good neighbors. The only bad thing and the reason we moved out was PARKING. They give you parking stickers but only enforce it once a month. On average if you get home after 7pm your screwed. Might sound lazy but when you have kids the last thing you want to do is park far away or on the street. The spo

They do have a lot of old stuff but are constantly replacing it with new stuff...the managers are not lazy though, the assistant manager lives on site and is actually our neighbor. Anytime I need something he brings it to my door, not once have they ever asked me to come to the rental office. The pricing is very good for an average q
