Lived here for 6yrs. The apt. Are bigger then most. With 1 car gar. And 1 prkg. Space. I love kids, but the ones that live here are obnoxious. They are screamers! Who can be the loudest. I'm good at tunning things out but this is too much. The laundry rooms are worthless. Don't bother. You have to use a card. Smallest amount you can
So i told the apartment complex that I found it at http://rent.com over 2 months ago. Well, now I went to check on my $100 reward card, and it said that Sunterra stated that I didn't put http://rent.com down as the source of where i found the apartment...wow...really!?....that's pretty shitty...
Despite "other" negative reviews, I think I struck gold here. You het so much more here for the price that at other places on surrounding neighborhoods. Sure there are a few occasions where some people are louder than you'd like, but you get that everywhere. Staff is great !!!
