Great place to live. The parking can get a little full, but you get a personal garage with your apartment where you can keep your bikes and other stuff that normally you would have to put in your apartment, so it's extra sqft. The pool, spa and clubhouse are super nice, though the gym could use a refurb. Can't say enough nice things

I waited over a year to write this review... When we moved in and I read the reviews on here I was sure we had made a mistake.... Thank goodness we were wrong... This has been a great community to live in... Ginger has been outstanding actually all of the office staff has been great and continues to be. The apartments are old inside
If you do not have a reserved parking space, it is very difficult to find a spot in the evening. Zero guest parking. Maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner. It is very expensive in my opinion, $1340 for a one bedroom and one bathroom with only one parking space. Area is safe but it isn't an overly friendly complex. Peo
So, I stayed here for a year, prior to deploying. I actually liked staying here. The place is not too big nor small. The one issue I had was that the walls in my apartment seems to absorb rain and cause water stains/soak marks to appear. Actually, a leaky pipe above me as well. However, I received PROMPT service when I put in th
Great place unless you have a truck parking is tarrable, other then that nice place to live.

The employees are incredibly helpful. They have been so wonderful since I emailed them while I was deployed! Ginger understood my situation and was very patient with me while I was in Afghanistan. She made my transition back here less stressful since I was able to lock on an apartment from overseas. Not only that but the service work

So let me start out by saying I'm a very picky person when it comes to where I'm living I always make sure I get what I paid for. I searched most of Oceanside and other areas to find Montecito Village to be in our budget and very nice. We got to live in the Valencia Court towards the back. love that it has it own little room for wash
I've lived her for 24 months and am very pleased with my experience in Montecito Village. I have the larger 1 bedroom. It is comfortable, with plenty of windows and ventilation, in very good condition and it is more than ample for my needs. I have had gatherings where I have entertained as many as 8 people comfortably. I have a garag
I was ready to move when my boyfriend I noticed something... we didn't look at the reviews online. Needless to say we were scared that we were going to be getting into a bad situation. I contacted Ginger, whom I must say is wonderful and always proud to say "she's married". She's not "flirty" like some of the reviews I saw. She's doi
Since my last post. They now close the gate 24-7. Which is great. Something I forgot to say was, you only get 1 parking spot.... Which is a con but I mean I like the community. They just put new grills up. Ummm.... There is a jacuzzi and pool the pool is heated. A fitness room which is small.... They have vending machines. Which only
