Terrible management
We have not had a working microwave for over two months. Maintenance is extremely unresponsive—emails and follow-ups are often ignored. When we did finally get an explanation, we were told there is only one maintenance person for the entire property and more than 130 open tickets, which explains why both our microwave and an electrical breaker have gone unfixed.
The building manager explicitly told us that it’s normal to be without a microwave for over two months and that we should not expect... any rent credit.
The dog area is also consistently disgusting. Every time we pass by it, there is dog poop left behind and the smell is overwhelming. If you move here, make sure your unit is nowhere near it.
Before signing a lease, walk the property and talk to current residents - you’ll hear the same complaints. Management is understaffed, unresponsive, and unwilling to take responsibility. Do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere else.
