A nice, safe place to live. Community is well kept and the staff are all curious, friendly and helpful. A great place to call home!
Island club is one of the best apartments to leave in! Great neighborhood and nice apartments
Best place I have lived by far. Top to bottom a great place to call home. The apartment layouts have you walking in and immediately feeling at home. Everyone in the office is very personable and hospitable every time I am in there and they are great at capturing a sense of community through community events like chili cook-offs and h

Pros: -Has slightly upgraded apartments with granite counter tops and wood laminate floors which is actually pretty nice for Oceanside. -There are 3 hot tubs on the property which is kind of nice because if there are a bunch of people or kids in one you can just walk to another one and they wor
I LOVE this place! Just moved here in march and it might be once of the nicest most honest places I've ever lived. The girls in the office were really nice plus they're always planning cute little community events like passing out breakfast on Friday at the gate. It seems like they do it because they like it here, not as some ploy to
I can't believe what some of the people are complaining about here: too much military, paid parking spots, pet rent, etc,. All these things were explained to me when I moved in. I knew there was a lot of military, come on people its located in Oceanside, CA! There is military everywhere in Oceanside. I've lived in Oceanside for 8 yea
Everyone on here is so negative! Ive lived here for a while now and I love it. The staff is really nice and the maintenance guys always come at the scheduled times. I do pay for a covered parking spot but is totally worth it. There are a lot of marines but its what i expect living in Oceanside! If you'd rather not seeing tons of Mari
great apartments, but when you first move in they make sure they say everything you want to hear. after about 4 months we started to notice how ridiculous some of their rules are, such as no dogs cant be on your patios at any time, hardly any visitor parking and if you don't put a parking pass in their car it WILL get towed, visitors
As you search for your perfect apartment, please keep in mind that rental rates (including specials and discounts) and availability are very fluid in the apartment industry. Based on many factors, the rental rates (including specials and discounts) and availability can actually change not just daily, but hourly, if not even more quickly. While our advertisers do take steps to keep their information current, the rental rates or availability you may find here now at ForRent.com may not be the same as when you contact the communities.
