Deposit is per home, rent is per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per home with a combined weight limit of 65 lbs. Pets up to 39lbs are $55/mo. and 40-65lbs are $85/mo. Our apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid
