Although living in an apartment is never super ideal, unless you live steps from the beach. Bethany Summit has been great. My wife and I live in a one bedroom on the top floor. The apartments are very clean and have full size washer and dryer. Each unit comes with its own garage and one parking spot. The grounds are kept very clean.
Proximity to the 78 and I-5 make this complex a contender. As you'd expect with any apartment complex, the walls are thin so ease up on the yelling. But you get a garage and a parking space so that gives you something to yell about right? Just don't over do it. The community pool is large and comes equipped with a large gas grill. T
