Cats: $20 pet rent plus $300 deposit; Dogs: $35 pet rent plus $500 deposit. Deposit & monthly fee are per unit not per pet. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
