Since moving in I could my be any happier! The staff were amazing to work with and so far I have had no issues. My unit is perfect for a 1bd/1ba apartment. With so many people living in this area I am very pleased with how friendly and how quiet it is around here. I also love how close I am to the beach!! Easy bike ride!

I enjoy the cozy community at Mariners Cove. The property is very lush and serene. The trees make it very peaceful and I love the amenities. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, and fitness room. The community is very quiet and kept very clean. There is a very nice park and a lot for the kids to do.

The management periodically goes into a spasm and wants all the apartments to look the same outside. If you have a fit about it they usually back off. I've been living at Mariners for almost a year and I totally recommend this place to live. The neighbors are friendly and the office are really efficient, everything I need I asked to Melinda and she help me every time.
Def has some issues and def could have a nicer staff. Great location as far as beaches and freeways go. Grounds are pretty well kept. This is cheaper that a lot of places in the area. I recommend looking into the upgraded apartments and use Melinda (leasing agent) only! Don't bother with anyone else! She will take care of you!
