Our pet-friendly community welcomes most breeds of dogs in select buildings. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Mariner's Cove has townhomes and apartments for rent in the Point Loma area of San Diego, California. Our community is located at 4392 West Point Loma Boulevard. From I-5 South, take the exit for I-8 West and continue to the end of the freeway. Turn left on Nimitz Boulevard, then left again on Point Loma Boulevard. We are about 1/8 of a mile on the left. From I-5 North, take the exit for SeaWorld Drive. Head west past SeaWorld over the San Diego River Bridge to Nimitz Boulevard. Turn left onto Nimitz, then turn left again onto Point Loma Boulevard. We are about an eighth of a mile on the left. From I-8 West, continue to the end of the freeway. Turn left on Nimitz Boulevard, then left again on Point Loma Boulevard. We are about 1/8 of a mile on the left.
