I've been living at Mariners Cove for a couple of weeks now and we love it so far! Our neighborhood within the complex is full of friendly and quiet people. I haven't heard my neighbors upstairs walking around at all, and I haven't heard any of my neighbors through the walls. Both of these were huge issues for me in a past apartment
My experience of Mariner's Cove Apartments is that they are an excellent place to live. All my maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely fashion. I feel secure and happy to be here. I have lived here ten years and the entire time it has been peaceful and comfortable.
Mariners Cove is truly a special place in which to live. The population is eclectic which makes for very interesting conversations with our neighbors. The grounds.are lovely and well cared for. There are lots of beautiful trees and plantings. The gym is the best I have.seen in any apt property. I post a maintenance problem on the web
I have lived here for over 3 years and am very happy to call Mariner's Cove my home. Perfect location. The complex is maintained beautifully. Every problem I have encountered has been resolved quickly and efficiently. The staff in the leasing center are always friendly and helpful; especially Melinda - she has gone out of her way mul
The entire staff is very friendly and beyond helpful. They make every effort to resolve any issue in a timely an effective manner. The community is always well groomed and it is centrally located to the beach, shops and freeways. The property manager and sales agents are especially helpful with any needs or issues I have had.
I only recently moved here (just under a month ago), so I don't know quite how accurate my review will be. * The office staff has been friendly, attentive, and quick to respond whenever I have a concern or question. I had a not-so-friendly encounter with a nearby tenant, and they were quick to step in and help me get the misunderst
As a 2nd time Mariner's Cove resident, my family and I have found the property surprisingly quite and clean for a pet friendly community so close to the beach. The staff are professional, and provide excellent problem resolution. Our stay here at Mariner's cove while we look for a home in the local Point Loma community, has been no
This is a great place to live at in San Diego. Offering great amenities (gym, pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts, playground and so much more!) a mile to the beach and very pleasant landscaping. It's a friendly neighborhood and great environment for kids, couples or singles looking to live in the city and near the beach. Not much mor
4.5/5, Excellent place and conveniently located by the beach and shopping centers! The amenities are kept in great condition and maintenance staff are always providing excellent service if needed!!
Very well maintained apartment complex that offers a quiet living experience right next to many shops, beaches and parks.
I'm so surprised to hear the negative reviews. My daughters and I have lived at Mariner's Cove since March 2013. We've had minor issues with repairs that have always been resolved promptly. The policy regarding visitors parking and parking passes are clear. There is minimal parking onsite and it should be reserved for residents.
My fiancé and I have been living at Mariner's Cove since December 2014. After reading several nasty and negative reviews online, I was hesitant but decided to come see the place in person anyways. Everything appeared to be great. The apartment was in nice shape, there's a dog park and lots of trees and outdoor space, everything seeme
Since moving in I could my be any happier! The staff were amazing to work with and so far I have had no issues. My unit is perfect for a 1bd/1ba apartment. With so many people living in this area I am very pleased with how friendly and how quiet it is around here. I also love how close I am to the beach!! Easy bike ride!
It didn't live up to the (horrific) reviews below.3.5/5, if the half stars were an option. When my wife and I moved to San Diego for work, this is where we landed, and all-in-all I don't have too much to complain about. We lived there about 9 months. Let's start with the good, shall we?1.)One thing that you cannot control in an apar
I enjoy the cozy community at Mariners Cove. The property is very lush and serene. The trees make it very peaceful and I love the amenities. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, and fitness room. The community is very quiet and kept very clean. There is a very nice park and a lot for the kids to do.
Great apartments! havent lived here very long but seems nice...I'll let you know if anything changes haha BUT the customer service was amazing!
I haven't had any issues at all with the management nor the property!! We love living here!! The dog park is amazing too.
I have live here for about 10 years, I started in a two bedroom ! bath, then the 3 bedroom town home, and currently in a two bedroom two bath. my current one is the best.We outgrew the first one. then a kid left so I downsized. The first move was great the office was helpful Gabby help me on my first place and the second place and the
The office staff is the best, they're so communicable and helpful. The every day living is amazing. The grounds are beautiful. Neighbors are super friendly. Family friendly. I love it here!
Besides a few minor annoyances, (the maintenance guys are NOT friendly at all, and there are some pretty rough neck kids here that cuss, throw trash everywhere, and run around all hours of the night) but the Property Manager, Maryebelle is very nice and attentive and always willing to help! A lot of people are complaining but I'm won
Never be able to sleep. You have to pay for parking every month $40. Your car is never clean due to chronic landscapers. wake up to the smell of dog poop & homeless in your trash crushing cans. Must have to use a credit card to do laundry with zero refunds if broke. New rules everyday like not smoking, "everyone here smokes and drink
Warren Oswaldt went out of his way and went above & beyond to answer all my questions and concerns. He is very personable and knowledgable about the industry. I wouldn't trust anyone else but warren to help me move to Ocean Beach! He definitely gave me a great representation about this property. The rental rates are obnoxiously high
Warren Oswalt is the man. He's incredibly kind and funny. He is helpful, patient, easy going and chill yet professional. Warren, you are wonderful. Thank you for helping us get our first place xo
3.5/5My boyfriend has lived here since we've been together and came back to a different apartment after his deployment and I'm planning on moving in after I'm done with school later this year. Honestly, I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I would say the location is great, it's close to Midway which has ever food type possible and

Im not from the area of San Diego, but more from North county, I been living here for a few months now and the Apartments are very nice, the staff in the office is very customer oriented, people slammed this place i dont know why probably wake up in a bad mood. The staff is trying to make this place better and we should be patient ov
This is a beautiful place to look at. It's an adequate place to live. The rents are about average for San Diego. The management periodically goes into a spasm and wants all the apartments to look the same outside. If you have a fit about it they usually back off. The manager then gets fired and a new manager comes in. We have had fiv
I've been living at Mariners for almost a year and I totally recommend this place to live. The neighbors are friendly and the office are really efficient, everything I need I asked to Melinda and she help me every time.
Def has some issues and def could have a nicer staff. Great location as far as beaches and freeways go. Grounds are pretty well kept. This is cheaper that a lot of places in the area. I recommend looking into the upgraded apartments and use Melinda (leasing agent) only! Don't bother with anyone else! She will take care of you!
I just recommended this place to a friend of mine and couldn't believe how bad the reviews were! My husband and I lived here for 3 years and overall, we were very happy with our Mariner's Cove experience. Pros:Great LocationNicely renovated unitsParking spotsNice GymTennis CourtsDog AreaMultiple pools/spaWe got a great dealWell kept
