This is rentable. However, the security is ridiculous! They had our car towed twice in our own complex. There are always tons of kids running around the parking lot, yelling and screaming. The funny part is there is a nearby rooster that wakes u up every morning at 5 am.lol, If u are a student, this might not be the place for u.
