Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog weight limit is 25 lbs. Additional rent for pets is $35 per month. The pet deposit is $400. Deposit is per apartment, rent is per pet. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs with a one-time non-refundable fee per home. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid

Our community is located at 910 Del Dios Road, and the driveway to our Leasing Office is on 9th Street between Del Dios Road and Auto Park Way. We're right next to Escondido Promenade. From I-15 South, take the 9th Avenue/Auto Park Way exit and turn right. Turn left at the first stoplight onto 9th Avenue, then make an immediate left into our driveway. From I-15 North, take the 9th Avenue/Auto Park Way exit and turn left. Turn left at the first stoplight onto 9th Avenue, then make an immediate left into our driveway.
