Pet Policy

We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $250 nonrefundable fee for each pet. We are waiving our $20 pet rent. We are pet friendly, there is no weight limit however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita , American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

Directions

From Loop 410: If traveling east on Loop 410, go to I10 West. Exit Medical Drive (this is the first exit on I10). Go left (south) on Medical Drive passing HEB, San Antonio Credit Union and shopping centers. Proceed on Medical Drive through 2 lights passing Valero on the left and The Stratford will be on the right. Follow the signs to our leasing office where we will be waiting to welcome you to your new home. From Loop 1604: If traveling east on Loop 1604 you will take Interstate 10 South. Continue on Interstate 10 passing Wurzbach Parkway where you will see Shell and Cracker Barrel on the right and HEB on the left. Then you will exit Medical Dr, turn right on Medical Drive (west). You will see a Valero on the left and Stratford is on the right just across the street. Follow the signs to our leasing office where we will be waiting to welcome you to your new home.
