This apartment complex is straight trash!!! I've lived here going on 3 yrs, and the amount of incompetence and audacity by management is crazy! They o absolutely nothing when it comes to fixing things. I had to send them a certified letter because my ac hasn't been working for 2 weeks. Made several calls and requests to office and corporate, and either parties did absolutely nothing!!! Save your money and time!!

Save your self- don’t move here
Very grateful not to live here anymore. Moving in to find out later it was getting sold. While the place went really down. And the new owners almost made it worse with lies, neglect & basically pushing me out the door. The list goes: roach infested/ Maintenance issues/ outdated poor condition equipment/ 100 year old crusty badly painted cabinets/ really bad painted doors & walls / closets with badly painted really bent clothing rods/ light switches but no lights in the rooms or fans/ bathrooms... even worse with moldy old tiles & even worse chunky surfaced tubs/ dog poop everywhere/ stray cats who poop everywhere/ mud everywhere/ an office where no one cares to help you/ towing cars with gates that don’t work/ & last but not least trying to raise my rent $300 for a new lease.

Do yourself a favor and live anywhere but here.
This place doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. The new management is awful, very unhelpful and not on top of a single thing. The buildings are infested with roaches, no matter what you try they will be back. I’ve ran into more issues than fingers on my hands since moving in. Please don’t fall for the low move-in advertisement rates, it’s not worth it.
