We allow a maximum of 2 cats per household. Please note: No weight restrictions. Cats and dogs only. 1 Pet-$250 non-refundable pet fee plus $200 additional deposit. 2 Pets-$350 non-refundable pet fee plus $200 additional deposit. Dog Breeds not accepted: Pitt Bull, Chow, Akita, Sharpei, Bull Terrier, Wolf, Standard Poodle, Rottwieler and Doberman - or any mixture of these breeds.
