Pet Policy

Harbor Town is a pet-friendly community. We welcome up to two pets per apartment home with a maximun weight of 75 lbs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per cat, $300 pet dog up to 25 lbs. and $450 per dog 26 lbs. and over. There is an additional monthly rent of $20 per pet. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
