We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $300 nonrefundable fee for each pet & $10 a month for pet rent per pet. We are pet friendly, there is no weight limit however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs please call for breed restrictions!

Las Brisas has townhomes and apartments for rent in San Antonio, Texas, 13 miles north of downtown. We're located at 12626 Blanco Road. From Loop 410, take the Blanco/San Pedro exit. Head north on Blanco. You'll pass Toys "R" Us on the right and Eisenhower Junior High on the left. Cross over West Avenue, and you'll see HEB on the left and Churchill High School on the on the left. Las Brisas is the second community on the right-hand side. Follow the signs to our Leasing Office. From Loop 1604, take the Blanco exit and head south. You'll pass HEB on the right, and you'll see a Walgreens at the Bitters intersection. Continue on Blanco (pass Wurzbach Parkway), and you'll see Silverhorn Golf Club on the left. Las Brisas will be on the left-hand side. Follow the signs to our Leasing Office.
