Pet Policy

We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $250 nonrefundable fee for each pet. We are waiving our $20 pet rent. We are pet friendly, there is no weight limit however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita , American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

Timbermill apartment homes are located in San Antonio, Texas. From Loop 410 Heading WestboundExit Blanco/San Pedro and turn right (north) on Blanco. Continue on Blanco passing Toys R Us on the right and Eisenhower Jr. High on the left. Cross over West Avenue and you will see HEB on the left and Churchill High School on the on the left. Timbermill will then be the 2nd community on the left hand side where you can follow the signs to our leasing office.From Loop 1604 Heading EastTake the Blanco exit where you will see HEB and McDonald's on your left. Make a right (south) on Blanco Rd and follow past Sonic on the left had side. Proceed down passing Bitters Rd and Wurzbach Pkwy. Timbermill is the 2nd community on the right hand side where you can follow the signs to our leasing office.
