Pet Policy

We recognize pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. Maximum weight limit is 70 lbs. We have a $150 Non-refundable fee for cats and $450 Non-refundable fee for dogs. Monthly pet rent of $20/ month, per pet. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid

At Robbins Road there will be a Comfort Inn Hotel, make a right until you get to the stop sign, proceed with another right on Brandywine Rd and follow around the bend.
