Pet Policy

We recognize pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. Maximum weight limit is 70 lbs. We have a $150 Non-refundable fee for cats and $300 Non-refundable fee for dogs 35 lbs. Monthly pet rent of $20/ month. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Stafford shire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid
