Pet Policy
Monthly pet rent is per pet. The monthly rent for pets up to 50 lbs. is $30 and $50 for pets 51+ lbs. Maximum of 2 pets per home with a combined weight of 100 lbs. The one-time fees are as follows: $250 for cats, $250 for dogs 25 lbs or less, $450 for dogs 26-100 lbs. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid
