I have been living here for 4 years, and it has been a good place to stay. Some of the staff are helpful, but one person in particular has always gone above and beyond to help me—Katy.

Katy has always been supportive, communicative, and willing to assist whenever I needed help. When I had to transfer to a different location, she was the only one who helped me through the entire process from start to finish. This place is poorly maintained, the parking was a nightmare and I was towed for parking in my “assigned spot”. If the condo was cheaper I wouldn’t complain but that’s what I signed up for .. glad to be out of there.

Terrible place to live and the cost is ridiculous considering the environment, the lack of proper administration and communication. They won't tell you when you sign the lease but they have major structural issues to a majority of the buildings.
Major construction work M-F. Noise no one should have to live with. Don't walk through any of the grass because there are dog droppings everywhere. Don't recommend walking small children around the complex because there is always trash everywhere.

The views and size of the studio apartment was amazing but that’s about it. Elevators never work, entrance/exit gates are always broken, the fire alarms go off randomly so you never know if it’s real or not. It floods horribly when it rains, there’s sewage issues that make the ground floor of the building smell horrendous. When I need assistance from the leasing office, it’s like pulling teeth. The ladies never know anything. I got a new car and needed to update the information and they kept... denying the changes resulting in my car almost getting towed. It’s convenient because it’s located near a lot of things, but no longer worth the headache. It really sucks having to walk 7 flights of stairs with your laundry and groceries or have to assist elderly residents to their apartment because they live on higher floors when the elevators are out. Plumbing is terrible. You’ll have a lot of issues with water pressure. It floods when it rains. Elevators break often. Guest parking is barely enough and inconveniently located. Gate is almost always broken as is the call box to get into the complex or the front door for that matter. Laundry room isn’t really helpful either. No one answers the phone in the leasing office often enough to get a lot of help from them. A/c units break often as well. Maintenance is very responsive, but you’ll be... setting up a lot of calls to them.
