I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this apartment complex has been unacceptable and I feel obligated to warn future tenants.

Before moving in, management assured us that the buildings had strong sound insulation because they were “older construction.” That statement has proven completely inaccurate. The noise levels here are excessive on a daily basis. I can clearly hear conversations, music, yelling, activity from the pool and BBQ area, and noise from upstairs neighbors... throughout the day and late into the night. For anyone who works from home, values privacy, or simply wants a quiet living environment, this property is not suitable.

The lack of rule enforcement is another major issue. Pool and common area disturbances regularly continue late into the evening with loud gatherings, music, smoke odors, and ongoing noise. Despite repeated complaints, management has done very little to address the situation. I have had to contact the non-emergency police line multiple times due to noise disturbances.

Security is also a concern. The entry gate has frequently been broken or left open, which defeats the purpose of having a gated community in the first place. There appears to be little to no active enforcement or monitoring of who enters the property, and there are often unfamiliar individuals or solicitors around the amenities and common areas. As a resident, this has made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe at times.

Maintenance has been extremely poor as well. A request for a broken garbage disposal was not properly resolved, and after maintenance visited, my dishwasher stopped functioning too. The original issue remained unresolved for an extended period despite repeated assurances that repairs would be completed promptly.

Residents are also charged mandatory monthly valet trash fees, yet the service provided has been inconsistent and limited. For the amount tenants are paying, the overall level of service and management responsiveness is unacceptable.

The gym is very small and frequently overcrowded, making it difficult to use consistently.

I moved in only a few weeks ago and already regret signing a lease here. My experience has been stressful, disappointing, and far below what was represented during the leasing process. Lived here for 16 months. It was host to a variety of problems from the beginning. Water heater & dish washer had to be replaced in the first week. Dryer in the first few months & then three times after that. Washer also had to be replaced once.

There was an ongoing issue with power in the apartment that went on for more than a month. Maintenance responded to only turn it on. It wasn't until I gave them a negative rating they responded that they called in a professional that they actually fixed... the issue.

A apartment above me flooded. No one bothered to tell me & it wasn't until I was awake that I found out. Luckily the person vacuuming it was around & was able to help. I went to front office to address it & was given the property manager's card & was rushed out because they were trying to get someone to sign a lease. All emails sent to the email listed on the card bounced back because it said the email did not exist.

Maintenance does respond quickly, however they do a very weak job or don't know how to fix things properly (which is why the complex called a professional to do the job).

Complex has a no smoking policy but it smells like weed at all times of the day because people smoke on their porch, in the street, by the playground & on staircases.

Security is a major issue. Police found a stolen car in front of my apartment & pretty much had guns painted in my living room. Police are in the neighborhood weekly & have even seen them going door-to-door in one building. Front gate for visitors had been broken by the year. There is no security at night.

The gym is had busted equipment for months & the pool always looked dirt.

Speaking if dirty, many of the walkways on the bottom floors are filthy. Lawn maintenance will also blow dirt all over your porch if you live on the bottom floor. You also have to pay for valet trash, which doesn't pick up on weekends & the dumpster always overflows. Read More

I love the apartment feels so cozy and peaceful. The appliances are everything. I can’t wait til i’m fully furnished and decorated. The gym and pool is a good for a late night vibe.
