Pet Policy

We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We accept cats and dogs with no weight limit. The pet fee is $150 per pet up to 49 lbs., and $300 per pet above 50 lbs. There is an additional monthly pet rent of $10 per pet. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Presa Canario, and Wolf Hybrid.

Look for Palm Lake on the left. Follow signs to the leasing center where we will be waiting to welcome you to your new home. From Interstate 75: take Fletcher Avenue exit to 50th Street.
