Pet Policy

We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We accept cats and dogs with no weight limit. The pet fee is $150 per pet up to 49 lbs., and $300 per pet above 50 lbs. Palencia has certain restricted canine breeds, which include: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Akita, Chow, Doberman,German Shepherd, Husky, Presa Canario, and Wolf Hydrid.
