Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home. Additional rent for pets is $20 per month. The one-time pet fee is $300. Our non refundable pet fee is per apartment homeand the pet rent is per pet. Our pet friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Tamarind Bay apartment homes are located in Pinellas County, in the Gateway Area. From Tampa via the Howard Frankland Bridge Take 4th Street North exit and we are approximately 1/2 mile down the road. Turn right immediately after 7-11 and follow the signs to our leasing office. From Tampa via Gandy Bridge Take Gandy Blvd to 4th Street North, turn right (north) onto 4th Street. Continue on 4th Street until you pass the Winn Dixie Bayview Plaza and take a left immediately before 7-11. Follow the signs to our leasing office.
