lived here for 2 years. Am about to move out soon thou, till I find a new place so am on a moth to month now. Simply if you looking for a place to live plz do avoid eos21 if you can. in my first year, we didn't have heat, I would say for more than 2 months we have maintenance worker come in several times to fix it. One time they said
It is safe place to live and clean. I love the staff, they are so friendly. I and my kids love live at EOS.
It's hard to find a better apartment value in the area. The grounds are clean, there are some great amenities (fitness center, pool, tennis courts,...
Really nice. I have enjoyed my time here thus far. Friendly staff.
The staff is friendly and takes the time to get to know you. They know your family and make you feel good to be home. Very nice in such a busy city....
It's alright here. Not great but not horrible either.
I've been here for 6 years and can't seem to leave very lovely community and how friendly people are.
I lived last four years this place I love it I enjoy all the time

A well managed apartment complex
I live in building 250 and I love the apartment! I feel bad because i know people tendency to write reviews when they are pissed and never give places the credit they really deserve so i will give a full break down.Parking is Iffy depending on when you get home. It starts to get jacked up after 10 especially since EOS is no longer co
I move in there in a month ago. I read all this post about parking but I never had an issue as I always find a spot by my building. Visitors parking is limited so you may have no luck. The good news on my part is they offer fed govt discount. It would be nice if they had some type of trash disposal on every floor though instead of ca
Not horrible, but not great. First, the bad: Lots of dirty people that leave trash in the halls, elevators, etc...so you might see some roaches.Despite signs and an abundant supply of clean up bags, lazy people refuse to clean up after their dogs. This gets kind of nasty, and is unsafe for other dogs. Some really LOUD people live here
I lived in EOS for one year. Here are a few things to consider before moving:Positive:Shuttle to Metro Station AffordableFree parking for residentsClose to shopping centerNegative:Very difficult to find parking spots close to your buildingWashers and Dryers are always brokenStaff is not friendlyOverall, is not a bad place to live in
Mixed reviews about this place because apparently each building on the property is its own separate world. I have no idea how you can go into one building and it is clean, friendly, and might as well be playing classical music in the elevator. Then walk right into the building behind it and it looks like East side High from the openi
I don't understand the complaints about this place, pet friendly, there's an on station daycare, 24/7 fitness center, two dog parks, a convenience store and a shuttle can take you to the metro and vice versa. Stop writing bad reviews because you're frugal.
This is my 2nd year living at EOS-21 and I'm very happy. We started off with a 2bedroom, but downgraded to a 1 bedroom b/c we just didn't need the extra space. Our 1 bedroom is great! I have NEVER seen any insect or rodent and have had no problems (but one leak which I reported and it was fixed within a day). The only complaints I'd
