Pet Policy

Dog weight limit is 100 lbs. Additional rent for pets is $40 per month. The pet deposit is $300. Maximum 2 pets per home. Deposits are per pet, rent is per apartment. Dogs accepted in 8 out of 14 buildings. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Dogs are accepted in only 4 buildings. Weight limit for dogs is 100 lbs. on the ground floor and 35 lbs. on upper floors.
