From the time I moved in to the time I left, I experienced extenuating circumstances. On Loewen day, there was an infestation of roaches which caused me to not be able to move in. And now that I am at the end of my lease term, I’ve been dealing with mold for a year resulting in damages to my clothes, my health and my family being uprooted from my apartment. I would not recommend anyone there.

Quiet, nice neighborhood. Consistently peaceful and calm. Loving the amount of amenities and floor plan options. Cost effective and perfect for the pricing.

I have had a positive experience with Greenhouse Apartments. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The management and maintenance team have been helpful and responsive, which makes living here comfortable. Overall, it is a nice place to call home, and I would recommend Greenhouse Apartments to anyone looking for a welcoming apartment community.

Decent temporary living but very outdated and apartMents need some updates and remodeling. Need newer appliances and could use new closets and paint
