You get what you pay for. It's clean, cheap and quiet. Been here 4 months and I really like it. Awesome area close to everything, apts could be larger but like I said, cheap for being this close to the Biltmore FP in a crime free area.

I lived there for a little over two years in one of their studio apartments, from 2009 to 2011. I had a great experience. Their office staff was always changing accept for the manager Arlen who was there the entire time. Any issue I ever had got addressed immediately. I really have NO complaints with my stay. The affordability is great!!

These apartments are spacious and everyone is so friendly, they have two pools one heated as well as a jacuzzi. They are a gated community. They also include utilities and are close to shopping and dining. The minus is the a/c does not work that great as im finding out this summer, but maintenence is very prompt!
